This Privacy Policy explains what information Papermarket ("we") collects and how we use it. Papermarket is an educational paper-trading simulator that uses virtual money only.
We do not collect payment-card numbers, bank details, government IDs, or crypto wallets — the Service involves no real money.
We use it to operate and secure the Service: to authenticate you, run your simulated account, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, debug, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We may share information with infrastructure providers that host and run the Service on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect the Service. Leaderboards and live-activity displays show only an anonymized handle, never your email.
Market data shown in the Service is derived from third parties (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi). This policy covers our handling of your data, not those services; review their policies separately.
We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see Contact).
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and sessions are signed. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
The Service is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions or requests: privacy@calcutrend.com.
